Opened in April 2006, this golf resort and spa hotel is highly personalized and charming. This 4 star resort is located in Quinta da Beloura’s upscale residential complex, 4 km of the historical centre of Sintra, 7 km from cosmopolitan seaside resorts of Estoril and Cascais, yet with easy access to Lisbon and the airport (35 kms). Overlooking the Sintra hills, the hotel boasts the perfect location and infrastructure, right on its own 18 hole golf course designed by the famous Rocky Roquemore. The hotel has a total of 137 rooms. All rooms are equipped with the following; Air conditioning / Central Heating, LCD Televisions, Cable TV, Mini bar / Fridge, Hair dryer, Safe, Telephone with external direct dial option, Access to internet connection. There is a health center with heated indoor pool, gym, massage services and sauna, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi.

The football pitch is in great condition. It is 700 meters from the hotel. A minibus is available to transfer the players and equipment to the pitch. Bikes are also available. The pitch had floodlights and moveable goals available. In 2008 dressing rooms and a stand will be built.

Sporting Clube the Portugal is a Portuguese football club playing in the super league. This is the official name of the club since 1906 although outside of Europe the club is more famous with the name Sporting Lisbon. In the season 2004/05 the club reached the final of the UEFA cup, which in its own Estádio José Alvalade XXI it was played. They lost however surprisingly with 3-1 of CSKA Moscow. Some of its most notable home breed footballers include João Moutinho and Nani on the current squad, Paulo Futre (Retired), Luís Figo (Inter Milan), Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United) and Luís Boa Morte (Fulham). The Youth Academy was considered by Luiz Felipe Scolari (Portuguese national coach) and Jose Pekerman (Argentinian national coach) as one of the best sports academies in the world. It was also the home training ground for the Portuguese national football team during Euro 2004.
