Hotel Coverciano is based at the Centro Tecnico Federale di Coverciano in Florence the training base of all Italian national football teams. Many national and foreign teams use Coverciano for long or short periods as a training base. All the Italian serie A/B/C teams which play league matches near Florence area ( Vs Fiorentina, Empoli, Siena, Livorno, etc..) use Coverciano as a base to prepare themselves for the Sunday league match. The Hotel has 57 double rooms which have been recently refurnished. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, satellite television, direct telephone, minibar, air conditioning and heating, electronic safe. Coverciano can accommodate up to 114 places. The restaurant is open all year and faces the splendid grass football pitches of the Centre. It is elegantly furnished and has a capacity of 150 seats and fully equipped with air conditioning. Our typical and international cuisine is our ‘forte’ and gives an added touch to our hospitality. Our dishes are part of a gastronomy which directly comes from the traditional Italian “Romagnola” and “Toscana” cuisine.

Training Facilities

Coverciano is equipped with 4 regular football pitches and 1 regular pitch made of the latest astroturf. A gym is also available measuring 40 X 20 X 8 metres with a fitness club, where it is possible to perform any indoor sports. Coverciano also includes 2 tennis courts and 1 outdoor swimming pool.
